Food and Services are good. Breakfast was also good, good location, but few rooms only have valley view, Others are even no window and no view.

Property location is fine but food was terrible and service was more terrible than food as at buffet no food available even at start of timing and no staff for addressing any food request, no cutlery?? Yes no cutlery at buffet we drank coffee in glass

Rooms' interiors, reception, restaurant and parking facility are good. Below are points where the hotel needs to work. 1. Repair the water leakage in the rooms as well as in the washroom. 2. During peak times, improve the strength of manpower for the breakfast buffet and also maintain something to keep food warm. I felt almost every guest had problems with getting utensils or warm food.
